Theresa Flaherty is the Program Administrator for the Institute to End Mass Incarceration at Harvard Law School. Drawing from a range of administrative experiences, she brings nearly twenty years of mission-driven, operational support to IEMI. Prior to joining the team, Theresa oversaw the compliance and administrative functions for Ellenhorn, a community based mobile therapeutic practice, as the Director of Administration. Before that Theresa worked with the Youth Advocacy Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts, providing both administrative and paralegal support to a team of legal practitioners, directors, and social workers across the state. Theresa is the Vice President of the Youth Advocacy Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to ending the school-to-prison pipeline in Massachusetts and is working toward a masters in Conflict Resolution at the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
